Name: Lori Burchett

How we met: When I moved into her suite February of my freshman year at Northern.

Unique memory: Lori and I shared a bathroom for a year and I always remember getting to know her over washing dishes. Strangely enough, we remained friends and I was able to photograph her wedding June '05.

Name: Lisa Williams

How we met: I was one of the resident advisors in West Hall, where Lisa lived her first two years at NMU.

Unique memory: We would always go for long walks around Marquette during the spring. It was our way to go out and enjoy the sunshine after a cold winter!

Name: Chris Adolf

How we met: Chris took over my house as an RA my junior year at NMU. (Pictured here with his girlfriend, Rebecca)

Unique memory: Chris' house won the Penny War and my house lost, so Chris got to dress me up in the most hideous outfit for rounds! It was a time where I made quite the impression on West Hall residents!

Name: Melinda Eckley

How we met: Our parents were in the same Lamaze class the spring before we were born.

Unique memory: Playing cards late at night at her parent's house in Gladwin. A large group of us would always stay up late, playing cards and eating a lot of snacks (nicely provided by Mr. & Mrs. Eckley!)

Name: Katie Allen

How we met: We were in the same SLFP block...go Jades!

Unique memory: Having her take my "karaoke virginity" this past Valentine's Day. She created a monster, I swear!

Name: Krissy Petersen

How we met: When I moved into Van Antwerp Hall my freshman year, Krissy lived only two doors down from me.

Unique memory: The time we came up with our motto, "WWMD." It has led to many moments to celebrate the Madonna-ness in all of us.

Name: Eric Rizk

How we met: My first full year as a RA, Eric lived in my old house, and lived with one of my old residents, Pete.

Unique memory: Eric called me the day after I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I couldn't talk very well. He had pneumonia and so we kept each other company on the phone since we couldn't sleep and were quite loopy still.

Name: Katie DeLion

How we met: I met Katie last summer when she would be hanging out at Krissy's apartment.

Unique memory: The day this photograph was taken (she's #1 in green). We embarassed her very much that day, cheering her on in rugby.

Name: Megan Arends

How we met: Fall '02, when she lived in West Hall.

Unique memory: I remember talking to Megan at lunch one day and told her that she should apply to be a counselor with me at Michigan Tech. She did and she finished her third summer up there this past August!

Name: Kayla Rice

How we met: Same semester as Lisa and Megan (those are my girls!)

Unique memory: Kayla and I always meet up at random times, but I enjoy our weekly coffee Tuesdays at the Coffee Cup downtown.

Name: Phil Gilchrist (L) & Kamille Hakes (R)

How we met: When I moved to West, Kamille was my RD and Phil was a resident downstairs.

Unique memory of Phil: If you mention the words "broom," "Jenga," and my name in one sentence, he blushes.

Unique memory of Kamille: Late one night, we heard a noise upstairs and went to check it out. We were both wearing robes, glasses and had crazy hair!

Name: Jessica Vining

How we met: When she got the job with campus visit this past January. We were also part of the crazy CVP summer family.

Unique memory of Jess: She was my saving grace and my partner in crime this summer. I couldn't have asked for a better person to sit with at the next cubicle.

How we met: Working at Campus Visit!

Unique memory of 'Co: Her teaching me how to dance like her mom. "Pop the can!"

Unique memory of Katie: when we were at the retreat, hearing her scream and then giggle like crazy when 'Co and Jess locked her in the bathroom and turned out the lights!

Name: Tyler Weber

How we met: Yet another crazy summer CVP "cracka."

Unique memory: When he partially listens to Jess at work, then realizes that he didn't hear what she says, then he goes, "Wait--what?" Jess will always reply: "Tyler, are you IN the office?"

Name: Journey Steward

How we met: We were both RAs of "Reel" houses my junior and senior years at NMU.

Unique memory: When she found out I owned "The Vagina Monologues" and decided to grace Rob and Andy with reciting it during our President's Ball After-Party.

Name: Karen Williams

How we met: When she came to Northern her freshman year, her sister Lisa (see above) introduced us.

Unique memory: When this picture was taken, we were standing in the median during Labor Day weekend trying to get people to come to the Cat Pack car wash. We sang. We danced. We brought in oodles of money!

Name: Rob Schall

How we met: Through his fianceé, Journey (see above)

Unique memory: Any time I make Rob speechless is usually pretty funny. I'm keeping him on his toes, so he's ready for when Journey comes home from France!
